We produce and supply the course content. The course itself is sold to you by Digistore24 acting as reseller — for a purchase made through this site, that is Digistore24 Inc., the company named on the order form and on your invoice. Digistore24 is your contract partner for the purchase, takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due, and handles withdrawal and refund requests.
We are the controller for the personal data processed through this website and for delivering the Course to you.
Digistore24 Inc. is a separate, independent controller for the purchase itself. The order form, your payment details, the invoice and the tax records are processed by Digistore24 under its own privacy policy. We never receive or store your card details.
From Digistore24 after a sale: your name, your email address, the product you bought and the order reference, which is what we need to support you if you get stuck.
When you contact us: whatever you include in your message.
Server logs: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
We use Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to measure how the site is used. Clarity also records how you move through and interact with a page. Both set cookies and process data on our behalf under their own terms.
To give you the Course and support you with it, necessary to provide what you paid for.
To protect this site and our course content from abuse, our legitimate interest.
To meet legal obligations, including keeping records we are required to keep.
To send you marketing email only if you asked for it. Every such email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect emails about your access.
Digistore24 (the sale, the payment, the invoicing and the delivery of your downloads), and our hosting provider. If you email us, our email provider processes that message. Each processes data only as needed to run this service.
We do not sell personal data and do not disclose it for cross-site behavioural advertising.
Our hosting and email providers process data within the EEA where possible. Where a provider processes data outside the EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Access and support data for as long as you have access to the Course, plus a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back with a question.
Anything we are required to retain for tax or accounting purposes is kept for the statutory retention period, which can be up to ten years.
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Payment details, invoices and tax records belong to the purchase itself, so Digistore24 is the controller for that data and those requests go to Digistore24.
Email us using the address above to exercise any of these rights. We may need to verify who you are first.
Tell us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, in Germany the supervisory authority for your federal state.
Your downloads sit with Digistore24, behind your own order, not behind a link on this site. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. We hold no card data at any point.
We may update this policy for operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The current version is always the one published here.
