Not applicable: we are a US company with no establishment in the EU and therefore hold no VAT ID. Any VAT or sales tax due on your purchase is charged and remitted by Digistore24 as the seller, and appears on Digistore24's invoice.

We produce and supply the course content. The course itself is sold to you by Digistore24 acting as reseller — for a purchase made through this site, that is Digistore24 Inc., the company named on the order form and on your invoice. Digistore24 is your contract partner for the purchase, takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due, and handles withdrawal and refund requests.

Consumers in the EU and the UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. Because Digistore24 sells the Course to you as reseller, that right is exercised against Digistore24 as your contract partner, and the binding withdrawal instructions are the ones Digistore24 shows you on the order form and sends with your invoice. What follows explains how it works in practice.

Before you buy

You can leave the Digistore24 order form at any point before completing it. Nothing is charged and no contract is formed.

The confirmation that ends the withdrawal right

For digital content delivered immediately, the order form requires you to tick a box confirming two things: that you expressly request delivery to begin before the 14-day period ends, and that you acknowledge you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

This is what the law requires for immediate delivery. The relevant provisions are Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, § 356(5) BGB in Germany, article 6:230p of the Civil Code in the Netherlands, and regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 in the UK.

If you tick that box and access is then delivered, the withdrawal right is extinguished for that purchase.

How to withdraw where the right still applies

Send an unambiguous statement to Digistore24 as the seller, using the contact details on your invoice or the model form below. A phone call, email or letter is enough. It does not have to be the model form.

Telling us instead is not a valid withdrawal, but if you are unsure where to send it, email us and we will point you to the right address.

If you think something went wrong

If you believe access was delivered without that confirmation having been given, contact both us and Digistore24. Digistore24 holds the record of what you confirmed on the order form.

Model withdrawal form

Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract, and only where a right of withdrawal still exists, for example if delivery had not yet begun. Address it to Digistore24 as the seller; the contact details are on your invoice and in Digistore24's own cancellation policy.
